I was the fourth child of four children.
my brother all three women.
they Evi, Eva, Eri ..
I own and named Syinta.
My dad named Syidik Suherman ..
and my mother called Ety Komariah.

everyone would ask why the name of my own difference.
My parents said they had been expecting the last child is a male child.
but instead I came out of women.
so they called my name almost identical to my father's name ..
I'll have friends.
hahahahaha ..

in my family my father was the most powerful.
He is in control of all her children.
My dad is very hard and strict with his children.
particularly the religious issue ..
We can not miss the prayer.
My father was also fierce when his son made a mistake.
but I still fierce despite the affection of my father ..
because I think my dad was the type of ideal man ..
he is very good and very caring for his children ..
especially the problem of education.
According to him education is number one.
My dad just the best in the world ..

while my mother tends to quiet.
if he was angry he just kept quiet.

My most favorite place is BALI ..
because the place is very beautiful to me once.
especially where there is my country.
namely INDONESIA.

I've been three times there.
and never get bored ..
My favorite place there is the area ubud and kuta beach.
although there was very hot until I black leather but very nice ..
and I also play beach games nusa dua ..
and Islands turtle ..
turtle island many rare turtle-turtle and there is a big ..
I am very happy to have the opportunity to take photos with the turtle-turtle.
but not the only animals that have only turtle that island.
there are animals are rare.
such as snakes, eagles, and other animals ..
lots of animals.

many exotic retreat.
I ask not only beaches are famous but also very unique culture ..
when I was first there.
I had a chance to see the customary "Ngaben".
customary retreat is to burn dead people ..
and the ashes thrown into the sea.
according to residents bali is a belief.
an existing trust from the previous era ancestors ..
I think it is amazing custom once.

and I also had the opportunity to see the famous dance retreat ..
namely tri Pendet and kecak ..
dance is very beautiful.

in bali also lots of cheap shopping center ..
one of them is Sukawati market.
there selling a lot of genuine goods bali area.
and very cheap.
very suitable for purchase by the family or friends temen.
I buy clothes, bangles, bags and many more ..
while my dad bought a painting.

and I think the most I like is BALI ..
you who have not been there ..
try to get there.
and you will not regret it.
because Bali is a very beautiful island once.

good experience


My experience is unforgettable as I and my friends go at night to eat durian Montong.
I left home at 08.00 the third night with my friends.
after that I bought durian week market area.
me and my friends bought four durians at a time.
after that me and my friends think about where the good places to eat durian is.
finally after conferring we decided to eat the durian menteng garden.
because the scenery is beautiful and also I have never there.
so my friends took there.

We arrived there at half past 10 at night.
we do not directly eat durian.
We eat first lane road.
very noisy at night.
I ordered toast, while my friends ordered some satay, fried rice and Somay.
we finished dinner at 11 PM ..

after every meal we eat durian finally we bought.
we ate the park above the parking garage is menteng ..
We ate durians because it's very good.
but I just strongly just eat durian 5.
because I was feeling dizzy ..
while my friends were still strong.

funny thing is after we finished the four feel like a drunk.
dizziness and say digress.
we laughed together like a madman.
hahahahaha nice.
1 hour we reached there.
and a new home in the morning ..

and I think it is my experience unforgettable and very crazy.
me and my friends call it a night "drunk durian".
hahahahahah.
very funny.

Customer Service Secret Number Two - provide true customer service. In today’s market environment, service has become a cliché and it seems like “everyone’s doing it.” So, if everyone is doing it, why not jump ahead of the wolf pack by providing even more creative, personalized service to your customers than your competitors can?

One size shoe does not fit all feet. Nor is one type of customer service suitable for all your customers. Let’s say your advertised featured customer service is Home Delivery. The first customer may welcome this Home Delivery because it’s difficult for him to get out and shop in person.

But your second customer may enjoy “window shopping” and carrying his purchases around with him as he goes from shop to shop. He is not the least interested in your home delivery service. So, with what you save by not needing home delivery for this customer, why not offer him an equivalent discount on a second cash purchase, or give him an in-store percentage-off coupon that he can use the next time he’s in your store?

I repeat, be creative. Get to personally know your customers and recognize their individual needs. Above all, make certain that what you are offering really is something that your customer can value; that's the key to good customer service.

Customer Service Secret Number Three - “The Customer Is always Right.” If a customer comes to you about a complaint, be very serious about how you handle it. Is the customer upset and angry? First, calm him with words and action and show that you are serious about doing something to correct the problem. Even if it is obvious that he’s wrong, sometimes it’s better for repeat business to take the loss and compensate the customer.

Then, when your customer is satisfied that his complaint has been properly addressed, thank him for bringing the problem to your attention. Remember, no amount of advertising can repair the damage done by failing to properly address a customer’s concern. Even more damaging to a small business is the “silent complainer.” That’s the customer who simply walks out of your shop without saying a word, and you never see him again. These silent complainers have friends. And their friends have friends.

Customer Service Secret Number Four - be honest with your customers. If your customer even suspects that you are trying to pull something over on him, you can kiss that customer goodbye - permanently! Were you fortunate enough to purchase an item from a wholesaler at a discount price? Instead of being tempted to richly improve your bottom line, pass that saving on to your customer. This will ingrain confidence in your customer so that, in the future, your customers will know where to come for REAL savings.

Did you manage to pick up some out of date or reject item? Don’t be tempted to pawn it off on your customers at a regular price without at least informing your customer that it’s a reject or of inferior workmanship.

If your customer asks you for advice on a product, don’t try to sell him the item that best enhances your bottom line. Sell him the item that’s best for your customer. In the long run, your bottom line will thank you for having made this choice.

Customer Service Secret Number Five - educate your staff to be equally as concerned about your customers as you are. Some years ago I went into a hardware store and asked the young summer student clerk for some rubber cement.

“You mean, a tire patching kit?”

“No,” I repeated. “I want a bottle of rubber cement.”

The kid obviously didn’t have a clue what I was talking about. However, rather than finding out what rubber cement is, he gave me a strange look, then turned his back and went on to serve another customer. Needless to say, after that incident I took ALL my hardware business elsewhere.

A final bit of advice about customer service; “If you aren’t taking care of your customers, your competition will.” Print that advice out in large, bold letters and past it above your cash register.

BIOGRAFI SYINTA

Pada tanggal 04 bulan Mei tahun 1989.Lahir lah seorang anak perempuan pada pukul 06.30 wib dirumah sakit Harapan Bunda yg terletak dibogor.Anak itu diberi sebuah nama yang indah yaitu Syinta Rachmawati Suherman.Dan itu adalah saya.Saya disini ingin menceritakan sebagian cerita kisah hidup saya sampai sekarang saya kuliah .
Setelah saya lahir saya tumbuh dengan normal seperti anak yg lainnya.Saya adalah anak ke-4 dari 4 bersaudara alias paling akhir atau orang sering bilang anak bungsu,anak paling disayang,atau apalah kata orang.Nama ibu saya adalah Etty Komariah dan ayah saya adalah Syidik Suherman.Saya tumbuh dikeluarga Suherman yang sederhana.Ayah saya adalah seorang pekerja keras.Dia bekerja dari pagi sampai malam untuk menghidupkan ke-4 anak-anaknya sampai seperti sekarang.Kaka saya yang pertama yang bernama Evy Kurniawaty Suherman.Dan yang kedua yaitu Eva Nurfitriani Suherman.Dan yang ketiga adalah Ery Lestari Suherman.Semua adalah anak perempuan.Ayah saya paling tampan dirumah karena seorang pria sendiri.
Saya tumbuh dengan kasih sayang yang berlimpah.Pada umur 5 tahun saya masuk taman kanak-kanak di tk Anugerah.dari nol kecil sampai nol.besar.Saya ingat beberapa kejadian waktu Tk.Saya pernah jatuh dari mainan setinggi kurang lebih semester.Saya jatuh dari mainan tersebut dengan tangan yang menahan beban badan saya.Akhrinya tangan kanan sayapun menjadi korbannya.sehingga saya pulang lebih awal dan langsung memanggil tukang pijit.Rasanya sakit minta ampun dan akhirnya pun tangan saya yang terkilir sembuh,walaupun akhrinya berbekas sampai sekarang.Itu adalah salah satu kebandelan saya waktu kecil.Sebenarnya masih banyak lagi.
Setelah umur 7 tahun saya masuk Sekolah Dasar di SDN Cibuluh 1 yg terletak didekat rumah.Yang saya ingat diSd dahulu waktu saya menjadi petugas upacara.Saya menjadi pembawa bendera.Begitu tegangnya saya waktu itu karena takut terjadi kesalahn.Ternyata dugaan saya benar.Bendera merah putih itu terbalik menjadi putih merah.Dan semuapun tertawa.Itu merupakan kejadiann yang saya tidak pernah lupakan.Saya juga diSD aktif dikegiatan pramuka.
6 tahun pun berlalu.Umur saya sudah 12 tahun.Akhirnya saya masuk smp di SMPN 5 Bogor.Saya mempunyai teman banyak dari tk karena banyak orang bilang saya orangnya bersahabat sekali dan mudah bergaul.Sewaktu smp yang saya ingat adalah saya mengikuti ekstrakulikuler bola basket karena saya suka bermain basket sewaktu saya SD.Tapi itu tidak berjalan lama hanya sampai saya kelas 2 smp.Karena saya harus konsentrasi ujian akhir sekolah.
Dan akhirnya pun saya masuk SMA.Saya bersekolah diSMA Plus Yayasan Persatuan Haji Bogor.Itu adalah SMA swasta islam diBogor.Sangat menyenangkan sekali diSMA.Saya mempunyai banyak teman dan tentunya merasakan rasa suka terhadap orang lain.
Saya pun menjalankan masa SMA dengan penuh kegembiraan.Benar kata orang masa SMA adalah masa-masa yang tidak akan terlupakan.Pada tahun 2007 alhamdulilah saya akhirnya lulus sekolah.Dan saya melanjutkan pendidikan saya kejenjang yang lebih tinggi yaitu kuliah.Saya menjadi mahasiswi diUniversitas Gunadarma mengambil fakultas Ekonomi dan jurusan S1 Akuntansi sampai sekarang.Sekarang saya sudah tingkat 3 semester 5.Semoga saya bisa lulus tepat waktu dengan IP yang memuaskan sehingga membanggakan orang tua saya dan bekerja ditempat yang saya inginkan dan bisa menjadi seorang akuntan.Amin.
